1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or purchasing reseller credits, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, resellers and sub-resellers who access or use our IPTV reseller panel.

2. Description of Service

We provide a technical reseller panel that allows resellers to manage IPTV subscription credits for their own clients. We provide technical infrastructure only — we are an intermediary platform and do not produce, own or claim rights over any streamed content.

Our panel includes account management, sub-reseller creation, credit allocation, API access and customer support.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to purchase credits or use our reseller panel. By using our services, you confirm that you meet this age requirement and that you have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

4. Credit System

Our service operates on a credit-based system. Each credit grants 1 month of service activation for 1 client. Key conditions:

• Credits are purchased on a one-time basis, with no recurring subscription fees
• Credits do not expire and remain valid indefinitely once purchased
• Credits are non-transferable between separate reseller accounts unless explicitly authorised by us
• Misuse of the credit system, including fraudulent activation, may result in account suspension

5. Payment Terms

We accept cryptocurrency payments only, including Bitcoin, USDT, USDC, Solana and BNB. All payments must be made in full before account activation. Cryptocurrency transactions are final and irreversible once confirmed on the blockchain.

You are responsible for sending the correct amount to the correct wallet address. We are not liable for funds lost due to incorrect transaction details provided by the customer.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our reseller panel lawfully and responsibly. You must not:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose under the laws of your jurisdiction
• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or another user's account
• Resell, share or distribute your panel access in violation of these terms
• Use automated tools to abuse, overload or disrupt our infrastructure
• Engage in fraudulent payment activity or chargebacks

Violation of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination of your account without refund.

7. Adult Content

Our panel includes an optional adult content category intended strictly for users aged 18 and over. As a reseller, you are responsible for ensuring this category is only activated for clients who are legally adults in their jurisdiction. You can enable or disable this category per client from your panel.

8. Service Availability

We aim to maintain a 99.9% uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free service at all times. Scheduled maintenance, third-party server issues or factors outside our control may occasionally affect availability. We are not liable for temporary service interruptions.

9. Intellectual Property & Content Disclaimer

We act solely as a technical infrastructure provider. We do not host, store, transmit or distribute any media content ourselves. All streaming content accessible through the panel is provided by independent third-party server operators. We do not claim ownership of any third-party content and disclaim any responsibility for content provided by such third parties.

If you believe content accessible through our infrastructure infringes your intellectual property rights, please refer to our DMCA notice process by contacting us directly.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data or business opportunities.

Our total liability for any claim related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the credits purchased in the 3 months preceding the claim.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms & Conditions. In cases of termination due to a violation, no refund will be issued for unused credits. You may also close your account at any time by contacting us.

12. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, unless otherwise required by applicable local consumer protection law.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time. Significant changes will be reflected in the "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
